We recommend booking your senior’s portrait session between late spring and early fall—anytime from May through October. Our most popular time is in the summer - June through August. This gives us the best natural light, lush green backdrops, or beautiful fall foliage. Booking early also ensures we have time to reschedule in case of weather, and that your photos are ready before yearbook deadlines or graduation announcements.

Most families book 2–3 months in advance, especially for popular summer and fall dates. Our calendar fills up quickly, so booking early guarantees you get your preferred session time. This is especially important if your senior has a packed schedule with sports, college visits, or extracurriculars.

• Roger Williams Park in Providence – classic architecture, gardens, and water views

• Colt State Park in Bristol – coastal, wide open fields and ocean views

• Downtown Providence – for a more modern, urban vibe. The murals scene is unrivaled in Providence.

• Beaches like Narragansett or Second Beach in Middletown – soft light and relaxed, natural scenes

• Private property or your own backyard – sometimes home is where the best memories are

Our Sessions typically last about 60 to 90 minutes. This gives us enough time in the session for multiple outfit changes, different locations if desired, and for your senior to settle in and feel comfortable. We’ll never rush—it’s all about creating a relaxed, fun experience.

We encourage 2–3 outfit changes—a mix of casual, dressy, and personal style. Neutrals and soft colors photograph beautifully outdoors, but bold colors can be great too, depending on location. We’ll send you a prep guide with wardrobe tips and examples so your senior looks and feels their best.

Absolutely! Props like musical instruments, sports gear, or college swag are a great way to personalize the session. We want these portraits to reflect your senior’s personality, achievements, and interests.

You’ll receive a proofing gallery within 7 business days of your session. From there, you’ll choose your favorite images for final edits. We offer a range of products from digital collections to prints and heirloom albums, and we’ll walk you through everything. Your senior’s images are a celebration—let’s make sure they’re beautifully preserved.
